Individual EMDR psychotherapy
Remote meetings, in French or English.
Military personnel, veterans and RCMP members
I will guide you through a psychotherapy process centered on EMDR, at your own pace. My experience in mental health within the Canadian Armed Forces informs my understanding of military realities and the transition to civilian life.
Medavie Blue Cross, CNESST and IVAC
I am a Medavie Blue Cross provider and I also welcome individuals with CNESST or IVAC claims. Coverage depends on your eligibility and the authorizations related to your file. Contact me to discuss the details before our first meeting.
My journey

Member of the Quebec Association of Psychotherapists (APQ), EMDR Canada and the EMDR International Association (EMDRIA).
